Cooling off

Another beautiful day!! Sun, sun sun. We had a busy morning, yoga, garden centre and popped into see the health care visitor at the weigh in, just to ask about your day time sleep, as it worries me your not getting enough. We weighed you as we were there and you are 11kg, no change since last time. Apparently that's normal to have a slow down if weight at this age.

So then home and off to bed for you and you had 1hr 20 mins!!

You then helped mummy plant the runner beans we bought earlier and the time for fun. I laid a rug out, filled the kitchen bowl with water and bubbles, got your nappy off and you happily splashed around for ages. I was telling you that this time last year I had you sat "in" the bowl playing and then 5 minutes later you were in! Bit of a tight squeeze, but you were happy splashing about and keeping cool.

After our days activities I thought you were a bit tired, so quick bath and you were asleep by 7.15pm.

Special moment today was whilst unloading the car of plants, I passed you a little pot to carry and you went and put it on your walker and started pushing it around the garden. So sweet, you were just so pleased with yourself. Beautiful boy. X
