Vertigo

Peering over the glass balcony on the 3rd floor at work induce a feeling of vertigo so to share the experience I have rotated the blip. Feel dizzy just looking at it.
I first discovered that I had vertigo many years ago when on holiday in Thailand. I was persuaded to walk across the bridge over the river Kwai. Or rather I managed to take few steps onto the bridge and then a heard a train approaching so clung on to part of the bridge and screamed... and screamed ... and screamed. On the same holiday managed another 'Vertigo' moment when trying to get off a boat. This involved climbing onto the boat's cabin roof and then jumping onto the cabin roof of the boat next to it (double parking). The next stage was to jump upwards from the roof to the quayside as the boat moved madly up and down and sideways whacking into the quayside wall waiting to crush me to death. Understandably I stood on the first roof screaming until three of the crew pushed me over onto the second roof and then before I could fight back (trying to save myself from certain death) hauled me up onto the quayside. Not a proud moment especially as there were children who just made the leap of faith laughing. And as these things go in threes - when back in Bangkok (same holiday) we went for a walk one evening on one of the many wooden walkways over a khlong. Or rather I crawled on my hands and knees with my eyes shut - at the thought of falling into the khlong - as there were no railings to hold onto. It maybe explains my desire to shut my eyes as I drive over the Forth Road Bridge especially as the Sat Nav shows a narrow strip of yellow and a vast expanse of blue.
