Our last day - we've had such gorgeous weather down here we've been so lucky

We got the packing all done first thing despite us not leaving till tonight.

We went to a fab pub called The Springer Spaniel for lunch - the kind of place that has coriander foam on the carrot soup a bit posh :) I had sweet potato falafels with Cous Cous, Halloumi and sweet potato purée - v tasty but I could have done with another two portions :) Si and Steve had fish and chips - out of this world and I'd have that if we go back

Minnie had a change of clothes in the pub after an epic poop - for a baby who used to go once every three days she has been delighting us with three a day down here, it's bizarre and smelly!

A leisurely afternoon with lots of wearing out of Minnie in preparation for the journey home tonight - we left at her bedtime
