Fresh from the garden

It's that time of year when things are ready to eat. Strawberries first, these ones from the garden patch. Anna picked her own after school then came inside to wash and eat them. She'll start to look like a strawberry soon.

A peaceful day before a mad weekend. Gardening mostly, trying to keep ahead of the weeds without much success.
