Shut in

It was nice to see the sun arrive this afternoon, so after work I went out on the farm with my camera looking for photos. I didn't get far - to the dog kennels - when I shot this photo of our wee pup, Syd. He was eager to get out of his kennel, but he had only just been out, and had had his tea, so I decided to keep him in his kennel this time.

Syd is getting rather cunning now that he has been with us a couple of weeks. He loves getting out for a run, however, the problem is getting him back into his kennel. He runs away when he sees us open his kennel door, so we have to be just as cunning! Farmerboy gets him his puppy biscuits, lets him sniff them, and then heads back to his kennel with pup following close behind. He then puts his food in the dish, grabs Syd and locks him away!
