David's Braden tattoo

Meet David, my son Braden's friend. When Braden died in 2001, David was devastated, and he got the tattoo you see in memory of Braden shortly afterwards. This was our first reunion in a few years, and it was a bit emotional. These days, he is a straight A nursing student at the college. His instructor invited me to class today to see the final presentations and join them in a potluck. What is interesting about this photo is that I took an identical one of him when he came to the house to show me his brand new tattoo all those many years ago. He's a really special young man (and mass buff to boot). :)
