American beer

So it has begun. Aircon wars. We have been having interesting discussions at work recently over the correct temperature in the office. Some of the women sit in the draft of the Aircon. However as their seats are in prime office real estate, sat so people can't see their screens from the rest of the office, they don't want to move. They just get up and turn the Aircon off. Like that’s how it’s meant to work.
I decided to take matters into my own hands and bought a plastic enclosure from RS. It arrived today and so I set about cutting some holes in it to allow me to fix it to the wall over the Aircon controller to prevent people from altering it. When the women left at 5 tonight I fitted it to the wall much to the joy of the remaining members of the office. Tomorrow will be interesting.

Left in time to go to the post office to collect a few parcels and then meet RD for some food. Unfortunately the traffic had other ideas so the parcels were left till tomorrow.
Arrived home and went down to RD's flat. He has kindly let us use his washing machine for a couple of loads until our part arrives and can be fitted.
Headed into town to meet IB at Jakes Place. This is an American real ale bar. Not overly impresses with the selection but the beer as good and so was the burger. It was then onto the Malt Shovel before finishing the night in BewDog.
