La Sal

Glimpsed on the beach, through the trees, is my favourite chiringuito, or beach bar, La Sal, where we lunched today after I finished work early. In the foreground is the approach to its replacement - the new solid state La Sal which they told us would open in ten days. Given that it is still very much a building site, I will be amazed if it does. However, it has a commanding view over the beach and round the coast, and I am very much looking forward to having our inaugural meal there. Future blips, for sure!
