Shooting Fish at Night?

Headed down to Newport Beach on a short business trip. Decided to walk around at Fashion Island (outdoor shops) and have dinner over there. My eye was drawn to the children running around hopping on the stones like a hopscotch game. Waited a few minutes until they explored a different area and then moved in to take a few shots.

I never really thought about trying to capture fish swimming around at night. But, as I thought about it, this was probably easier than trying it during the day with the light from above causing all sorts of reflections.
