Ice coffee, cucumber sandwiches, fruitcake and chocolate cheesecake with a crown on it. Prefect food to eat on the lawn of Buckingham Palace at the Red Cross Royal Garden Party.

It's been a lovely warm day and the gardens were beautiful. Prince Charles came and met out group as we were standing near the end of the formal line up. He seems very enthusiastic about the work that the Red Cross do.

A lovely day and one I'll remember for a long time.
