9am start (that's early for me) prancing about shooting my work colleague Jonjo Rooney, founder of charity BPositive. Jonjo is organising a little bike ride to raise money for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research and the Anthony Nolan Charity who found a bone marrow match for Jonjo in 2007. The route? Birmingham where he received his treatment to Hamelin in Germany, where his anonymous donor is from. 500 miles as the wheel rolls.
