Tiny dog

So due to an unforeseen set of circumstances, this is Jane Doe (named by the vet who de-ticked and de-flead her). She's probably about five or six weeks old and is the smallest pi dog I have ever seen. That's my cell phone for scale. She weighs 1.3 kilos. Simon, my friend, agent and a resident of Goa, has fallen in love with her, which could make this the luckiest day of an otherwise short and brutal life.

I saw her wondering through the undergrowth in the village when I went out to the store, and thought she might belong to one of the village dogs, but an hour later, I returned and she was the other side of a main road, about 100 yards from where i first saw her, looking lost and likely to get run over.
