Hair

"And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered." Matthew 10:30

I wasn't sure what to take a picture of today, so I took a picture of my daughter's hair close up. We have almost a daily battle about her brushing her hair, she thinks that as she cannot see the back she does not need to brush it and it gets into some really big knots which isn't very pleasant to be brushed out.

Today's Bible verse is about Jesus sending out His disciples into the world to do miracles just as He did and to preach to Gospel. Jesus tells them he is sending them like sheep into the wolves, but then tells them not to be afraid as they are under His Father's care, and says that even the hairs on their head are numbered, which is saying that God will look after them. Have you ever tried to count the number of hairs on your head, if you happen to be bald then try counting someone else's. This is impossible, yet God knows the answer to this. This is how much God know's you, He knows every detail about you. After all He created you. Isn't this an amazing thought, that God knows me, inside and out, there is nothing that I can do that will surprise Him!! This should give you a confidence like no other...
