A narrow escape for Shuna

Something - call it 'divine intervention' if you wish - made me check this morning that Shuna's human was indeed due home this afternoon as I expected, and boy, was I glad I did, because the reply came back saying, "No, tomorrow!"

The consequences, if I hadn't checked, don't bear thinking about! Poor Shuna!

She has been through enough upset in recent months, what with the trauma of losing her best pal, Dornie, very suddenly, then being fostered by a friend of her mistress for several weeks while said mistress had knee replacement surgery and wasn't able to care for her.

Anyway, here is Shuna, waiting patiently to be let out into the back garden, unaware of her narrow escape.
