Verizon DSL

This is Jason, our Verizon DSL technician. In these days of internet dependency, it can be quite stressful to have problems especially at your place of business. Today was supposed to be my day off, but I spent a good part of the day in the company of this gentleman, who was very helpful but he and is boss were completely stumped by our problem. We start tomorrow with painfully slow internet and no further on, but this guy tried everything and was pleasant to boot!
