Great Blue Heron Fern Ridge Bike Path Wetlands

Such a beautiful summer day with warm sun and cool breezes.

I restarted my bicycle training again after a three week layoff by repeating a week of training.

I was surprised and pleased to find the atrophy of my legs to be much less than I expected.

The real test will come on Sunday as the repeated week's plan again calls for a 50 mile ride.

The wetlands surrounding this Heron were fragrant and serene.
