Art thief ...

If you read in the papers tomorrow that there has been a brazen art heist at The Cloisters Museum, this little fellow may be a suspect.

I ventured way up to 190th St today to visit The Cloisters Museum, showcasing European medieval art from the 12th - 15th century. Sadly, no male marble statues to hold my interest, so had to contend with unicorn tapestries, stained glass and religious art ... perfect for the mostly retired demographic that made up the bulk of visitors.

This 2 year old was having a great time exploring the garden until the security guard came to tell his dad that he couldn't carry his backpack in his hand or on his back, but could only carry it across his chest. I'm sure if the guard realised how hard it was to wrangle a toddler through a museum, he wouldn't be suspecting the dad and his accomplice of planning to steal some religious statues.
