Learning the Art of Cake Decorating

I watched a friend demonstrate this. I wasn't taking part, but am now tempted to have a go. So interesting to watch the rolled icing become flower petals. The veined leaves were made with a plunger cutter. The handle, from twisted pipe cleaners. All very creative ... and tasty.
