Darkness in the clouds

This photo was one of those instances where you see it and need to snap it.

I saw this cloudy scene while I was seeing off my girlfriend in the evening. As soon as she left I ran inside to get my gear. I thought this was a perfect time to try out my new Polaroid lens filter set. I needed to use an adaptor to fit the filter on my larger zoom lens.

Not bad for a first attempt. :)
