Pie Perfection
Two of my dinner guests tonight said it was the best pie they'd ever tasted......
If you want to know its content, it's chicken, ham and mushroom in a creamy chicken sauce, and before you ask........yes I did make my own pastry ;-)
The clever topping is made with a special roller that once belonged to my mum. You roll out the pastry to an oval then roll across with the roller, then stretch out the oval into a circle, fitting your pie beautifully.......simples eeek!
It makes a change from beautiful flowers and birds :-)
