What a beautiful morning to ride a bike along the prom. While I was taking this shot and enjoying the beauty all around, four lycra-clad men sped past me, bent on racing each other. Hey, if that turns your crank, go for it - I'll go for views like this any day.

Had an unusually steady rather than manic day at the day job - most pleasant.

Got home at a more than decent time and enjoying having nothing to do - bliss!
