Cruel Parents

We took our reluctant daughters on a walk along the river from Teddington to Kingston.

There was a lull in their recriminations as we skimmed stones across this frozen bit of the Thames near Teddington Lock. It makes a great echoing sound.

Then it was back to us being verbally beaten up. Worst parents in the world. No-one else's mum and dad makes them walk all this way. Even if we had a dog, we wouldn't have to walk it this far. Etcetera, etcetera.
