Scottish tree sparks African memories..

This reasonably spectacular tree lining the road to yet another hotel I was visiting, reminded me of an even more spectacular tree I Blipped last year from Africa.

I don't know why, but I've always loved to see large trees lining routes to wherever. They have a certain grandeur that always raises an inward smile and feeling of contentment. Even more so when they trigger such happy memories.
