White lines

.....that's what I start out with as I sit down to write my notes. Hopefully by the end I've been able to add ink & a useful insight into how my patient is doing.

Some days are harder than others to do this. Some days there's so much to say I have to turn the page.

I'm about to embark on a new quest that will require me to write a physical summary instead of the emotional/psychological one I've become accustomed to
