A Scene from Days Long Past

After taking down our tent on the penultimate night of our road trip we headed to Boat of Garten - also known as the Osprey Village, due to the presence of the endangered birds close by. We had lunch whilst sitting outside the Boat Hotel in the lovely sunshine. The Strathspey Railway runs right past the hotel providing steam train journeys for the tourists who fancy reliving the past when steam trains ran the old lines . I managed to snap this photo as the train was about the leave the station.
