Final QFR

In order to become a Captain - or rather, to be eligible for a Command Course to be assessed as a Captain - one has to do 66 Qualifying Flight Reviews, during which one is checked out on a whole range of topics and skills related to flying the Line.

Since you only tend to do one or two QFRs every two week rotation, these take a LONG time to do - and the final one is a big event. Young Dick J had the pleasure of doing his final one with me - and to celebrate, I had a cake baked!
