After the party

Tonight we had two other couples come for a visit and dinner. It was a rousing success and we had a lovely time. Don't all six of us have a chance to get together very often. Riley was in high gear all afternoon and evening, missed out on most of his naptime, so by the time everyone left to go home, poor baby was ready to crash.

Sun was in and out of the clouds today, quite humid but it never did rain. Now the dishes are done and I am beginning to unwind so I can go to bed.
