the great blini cook-off

Erin had to do a report on someone whose heritage is from another country and then cook something authentic from that country to share with her basic living class. She chose Russia, of course, and interviewed her grandmother (aka Bunya). The report turned out well, and we stayed up til midnight cooking blinis. Kinda like crepes, but much thinner... and Russian, not French. :) It was quite fun, though she was quite tired the next morning. Me too!
