Felled, fallen and flummoxed!

The title sums up my week so far...

This enormous pile of wood is all that is left of the beautiful line of trees that ran along the river after being felled by the local land owner.

The beautiful work of art that took 3 weeks of hard labour to build, and took the form of a house martin's nest has fallen to the ground.

I am totally flummoxed by some people's behaviour.

Sometimes I seriously consider dropping out of society altogether.
