Flight of fancy

Gran passed on some vouchers for Edinburgh's butterfly world so I dragged C there. It was much better than I'd imagined. You basically step into a really hot room full of tropical plants, a small white bird, loads of turtles and some beautiful butterflys fluttering about. And there's even a reptile section at the back where you can be mesmerised by nocturnal pyhtons or chilled iguanas (though I was a little sad at how small his home was).

I don't know why I chose this photo, but I like the way it almost melts.
