This pooor chap...

...is condemned to sit facing the stainless steel waste of space I showed you yesterday.

He has my sympathy. The turtle he's sitting on should be spewing out awful Brussels water "mannekin pis" fashion, but the water's been turned off. The pond around him is filling up with algae & the water lilies appear to be going to meet their maker. And his willie's going the way of the water lilies!
