Intergalactic supreme being

I love this cat. He's often perched on cars on the street next to mine.

I have feeling the dialogue in his head goes something like:

"I see you taking the photo human. And since I rule your planet with benevolence from my throne of Beemer I'll let it pass. But don't expect me to look at you. And frankly, how did you get this number?"
