Operation Fill the Freezer

Has commenced. An antidote to feeling slightly out of control of everything else and having a small melt down on Monday morning.

blimey that sentence makes me sound like I'm a control freak and I'd like to think I'm not!

10 TWW size portions of lasagne made, 1 eaten by him (that was a relief!), 1 by Ad to quality assure it and 8 now in the freezer.

And 3 meals of meatballs and sauce ready for the freezer and eventually for Ad and I.

Some days TWWs naps are more productive than others...

I should add that most days when I'm not at work I share the nap with him or crash on the sofa thinking about all the things I could or even should be doing. Today was rare...very rare, hence needing a photo.
