ANOTHER HOT HUMID DAY
that keeps us quiet and breathing slowly.
And does us stay close home, very close that is.
In the garden I walk and look around and find a fly on a flower I like.
During lunch a tiny insect falls in my leap. It's dead I cry, but no not at all, a little ladybird, in my eyes an one, a psyllobora, with 22 points. Many shots later I cannot say I am really satisfied, but I liked the adventure truly.
After dinner Mischa and I walked down to the supermarket and it is still so terribly hot. Thunder in the far distance now.
My haiku:
Hard to escape from
The heat the dry air makes us
Longing for cool rain
And the proverb:
As proud as a pig with two tails.
