Offering flowers

Today was a frustrating day for blipping. I tried a lot of different things and the most promising was the people making offerings on their way home from work. The busy shrine was alongside the sky train, between a sushi restaurant and an upscale shopping center. But most of the cool shots I tried didn't look as good in the camera as they did in my mind. At the end of the evening, late for dinner, after dark, I saw these beautiful offering garlands for sale in front of a shrine - orchids, roses and marigolds strung together and laying on the table.
