Fencing

The old wooden fence that ran along the front paddock below the house was destroyed in the winter storms. We took what remained of it down and it was quite nice to have open grassland going down the farm road but it was useless for cattle grazing. Today the contractors arrived and have nearly finished! All that remains is for them to tidy certain sections and then for T and B to put up some wire fencing along the other side. The only problem is there is a rush on for silage making so that wont be done for some days and we want to get two cows with their calves out. They will have to wait.
