Not before time

It has taken 5 months to process this claim for a conservatory roof damaged by hailstones (huge hailstones). The insurers dragged their heels and only ever took action whenever they were chased. Even then, everything took ages and communication was non-existent. In the meantime, the roof leaked like a sieve and as a consequence, the conservatory was (a) uninhabitable and (b) dangerous as there were live sockets on the wall that the water streamed down.

These people make me so mad. Needless to say I will not be renewing when the time is due and they will be stupid enough to ask me why. I can't wait for that conversation.
