Foxmits!

A funny ol' day - bucketing down with rain in the morning then bright sunshine in the afternoon. Both extremes impossibly co-existing on the same day.

Hunted for some work clothes in the morning (begrudgingly - not my favourite kind of shopping) the off to the pub for a local VW meet in the afternoon. Caught up with an old friend and ex-work colleague which was lovely.

Made some panacota for dessert this evening but the recipe was a bit rich - the milk to cream ratio needs working on - will have to make another lot. Damn.
