Last Night's Dough, Today's Bread

Further experimentation as depicted in yesterday's blip with even wetter dough than normal yielded the best white bread I have ever made. These 2 came out of the oven at 10:30 am this morning and this was all that was left of one of them by lunchtime. The crust was crispy and the crumb light and airy. Could use this dough for making baguettes - next up!
