6/10

It's been a really warm and sunny day and I've had a bit of a washing marathon. I also wrote a to-do list today and seem to have crossed off most things. I don't remember having any palpitations and I've not felt like lying down and going to sleep at all today - so I'd say today could have been a good 7.5 out of 10, maybe even an 8...
Except Richard has a foul cough and feels rubbish and has lost his sense of humour, so it'll have to be 6/10.
