A Spoon

On Monday nights another photo site I belong to runs a 1 hour challenge. As the challenge subject was suitable this evening I thought it a good excuse to try photographing a spoon I keep meaning to snap - and here it is.

It took considerably longer to do than anticipated but it's a good ole cobble job - a folder to put it on, a bit of white paper to bounce the flash off, a bit of black foam sheet to remove some of the light from behind the spoon and a silver faced cake board to bounce a bit of light onto the front of the spoon. A very Heath Robinson affair but it didn't come out too badly :)

Maybe one day I'll try to do a better job - but not today.........
