Regensburg

Bank holiday Monday trip on the train from Nuremberg to Regensburg. Typically the stone bridge which features in most of the photos of the city was covered in scaffolding, which would have stretched my cloning skills somewhat. Saw lots of tour groups and almost as many cyclists on the Danube cycle path. We were rather lackin ing in sightseeing enthusiasm but consoled ourselves with a 2 hour lunch sitting outside the Ratskeller.
