Walked a different way home tonight to get to the Dr's surgery. And it got me this blip :) Some poor person has lost a lovely looking necklace.
Made an appointment for next week and picked up my prescription.

I feel pretty much the same today, everything including me feels like it is moving in slow motion. It was an effort to talk today. I am struggling to cope with noise at any level; it was so nice to get home to silence. The traffic was even annoying me walking home.
