My best cookie yet

I have to say, thanks to GowanGirl, I've found my all time favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. This is in no way and easy recipe, as it requires more patience than I would think I'm capable of practicing. The dough has to be refrigerated for 24 to 26 hours, but it is definitely worth the wait and today I got to throw a few in the oven. Heavenly.

After my aforementioned 'breakfast of champions', I spent the day working in the yard with this guy, although I wouldn't say I carried my weight with the pruning and clean up today as I kept getting distracted by my peonies.
