A Day of Two Halves

First part was spent in glorious sunshine. Here we are watching the Kirking of the Council led by the local pipe band. Sitting outdoors for a refreshment, walk along the river. Then off in the afternoon for another walk but this time rained upon!

I seem never to be without my trainers on due to the Commonwealth Step Challenge through work. Met a colleague when out on Friday night and one of the first things we said to one another was "how many steps have you done today"!! Today's count is 11,636 - I may go and walk up and down the hall to boost it a bit :-)
