Northern Hemisphere?
It would appear that most of people in the northern hemisphere are buried under piles of snow, frozen to their icicles and donning snowshoes in search of bread and milk.
Meanwhile, we in our tropical islands walk barefoot on golden sand under bright blue skies whilst the sun beats down and one of our party went swimming.
What you don't see is that beyond the tideline the sand is frozen solid. I was only barefoot when my sock fell off and the only creature mad enough to swim was a black labrador.
