St Alban's Half Marathon

I went to support several friends who were running a half marathon today.

This was a good spot to watch as the runners as they were running up to a turning point and back down the road the other side before entering Verulamium Park for the final half mile.

It was very hot and numerous runners collapsed due to heat, exhaustion or dehydration.

I was more than happy to be a spectator today.
Congratulations to all those who completed this testing course, particularly the girls from work and the two fat blokes from across the road!!!!
