Pull Throw

Weekend at Bury St Edmunds tutoring a coaching course. Yesterday, day 1, very wet in the morning (lightning & thunderstorms) and beautiful warm afternoon. Today, day 2, very warm and sunny all day - few of us caught the sun a bit. Coaches in the blip practising the pull throw, Javelin, using adapted equipment.
