Not for 30 years

So spoiled for choice for today's picture.

Our trip back to the frozen loch resulted in a day that may not be repeated or bettered for year to come.

The folk on the ice were saying it had not been frozen enough for 30 years, I remember skating on it in 1979 which would be about right.

After editing there were 123 shots 4 of which I wanted to use.

Decide on this one as it was the curling that made the day special, although the dogs tearing about on the snow topped frozen (8" they said) Gadloch and the sledging were also great.

The Lenzie and Cadder curlers were very friendly encouraging everyone to have a go, the kids all got a shot and I even ended up playing in a short game with some of the ladies. Thanks girls it was great.

Coffee, shortbread, Glayva, sandwiches and lots of happy people were the order of the day.
