Tea by the lake

Every Sunday afternoon in summer the ladies of the village put on tea by the lake! Lovely homemade cakes, ice cream and refreshments being served, overlooking the lake.

This morning was surprisingly sunny and dry, but it clouded over this afternoon. We still enjoyed a cuppa by the lake and a catch up with friends and neighbours!

On the foot front , the swelling has gone down a lot :-) now all I need to do is sit with my feet up in school tomorrow ;-)
